Guiyang, Guiyang, February 18 (Zhou Yanling) Guizhou found a new case of human infection with H7N9 influenza virus. Up to now, Guizhou reported 4 cases this year.

Reporter learned from Guizhou Province, Qiandongnan Medical and Health Unit was informed that on February 17 in the strengthening of pneumonia monitoring, from Dangzhai County, 1 case of unexplained pneumonia was detected, H7N9 avian influenza virus positive, by the Guizhou Provincial CDC laboratory review And the provincial and county clinical experts diagnosed with human infection H7N9 case of avian influenza.

The case is a 45 years old, now living in Southeast Guizhou Dandong County. At present, the case is still active treatment, all close contacts are under medical observation, so far asymptomatic.

As of February 18, Guizhou Province in 2017 a total of 4 cases of H7N9 flu. Among them, January 14 in Qiandongnan confirmed a 79-year-old patient, was cured on February 8 and discharged.
