China, Sichuan reported second case of H7N9 influenza this week


Chengdu, June 20, 2017, at 15:45 on June 19, Sichuan Panzhihua City Renhe District, Sichuan Province CDC examination review notice, confirmed Renhe District, the second case of infection with H7N9 virus.

The patient is male, 79 years old, who lives in Renhe District, the first farmers market, is currently being fully treated in Panzhihua General Hospital.

Four of the patient’s close contacts are under medical surveillance and so far showed no symptoms.
