China, Tibet reported a human case of H7N9 influenza in a migrant worker from Sichuan
On April 3, 1 case of human infection with H7N9 virus was confirmed in the Tibet Autonomous Region .
The patient is a male, 41 years old, a Sichuan migrant workers, since February 2017 into Tibet, has been engaged in live poultry trade.
At present the patient is treated in the Tibet Autonomous Region Infectious Diseases Hospital in isolation.
On April 2, found the suspected cases, the Tibet Autonomous Region CDC immediately sampled to carry out laboratory testing, and sent to the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention for laboratory review to confirm the existence of H7N9 virus.
On April 3, the Tibet Autonomous Region Health and Health Committee organized clinical medicine, epidemiology and virology experts to conduct consultation, combined with clinical manifestations, epidemiological history and laboratory test results, diagnosed with human infection H7N9 cases.
