Since the beginning of April, Beijing reported more casese of H7N9 influenza. As of April 16, Beijing reported a total of 9 human cases of H7N9 avian influenza infection: of these, 4 were local cases, and the other six were imported for other provinces.
For the local cases in Beijing, there was a history of contact with live birds. The survey found that the source of the infection was from these cases to purchase migrant traffickers or live poultry. The final sources of these live birds were directed at mobile traders in Hebei Province.
